Quinoa Pepper Pasta Salad













Ingredients:
Pasta (Braila Plus is healthiest!)
Quinoa
Red pepper
Green pepper
Red onion
Black olive
Dried oregano
Red pepper flakes
Carrot
Zucchini
Italian Dressing

Directions:
Cook quinoa for about 5 minutes before adding the pasta to it to cook for another 10 together.  Chop up veggies small (I shred the carrots), add seasoning and dressing, yum!
