Sriracha Bacon Open Face Sandwich


Ingredients:
Ciabatta bun
Eggs
Bacon
Avocado
Lime
Sriracha
Pepper
Cayenne pepper
Brown sugar
Red pepper flakes
Spinnach 
Milk

Directions:
Cover cut up bacon with brown sugar, pepper, cayenne pepper, and red pepper flakes.  Cook at 350 for about 30 min.  Chop up spinach and cook a little bit (in a pot with a little water).  Scramble eggs with milk and cook.  Cut up avocado.  Add ciabatta bun to oven for last few minutes of bacon cooking to cook it (mine are the partially cooked kind).  Cut up avocado.  Cut the ciabatta bun in half, add eggs, spinach, bacon, and avocado.  Squirt avocado with lime and add Sriracha all over.
