Sandwich Egg Roll

Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 slices lunch meat (I used honey turkey)
Chopped spinach 
Chopped chives (whatever you want)
Cheese

Directions:
Heat pan.  Warm meat on pan then set aside.  Whisk eggs and pour into pan.  Sprinkle with the chopped veggies, cover, and cook until the egg on top is no longer wet.  Add turkey and roll the egg over.  Cover again to let it set for a minute.
