Chicken Lettuce Boats


Ingredients:
Chicken 
Poblano pepper
Red pepper
Can petit diced tomatoes 
Chili powder
Cumin
Red pepper flakes
Salsa
Lettuce

Directions: Add all ingredients but the lettuce to crock pot, cook until done, enjoy!
