Olive Oil (or coconut oil)
Butter
Carrots (maybe steam first..)
Green beans
Broccoli
Zucchini
Asparagus
(any veggie you want)
Seasoning Combos:
- Thyme, rosemary, garlic, pepper
- Dill, butter
- Honey, fennel, basil, thyme
- Brown sugar
- Rosemary, thyme, soy sauce, brown sugar
- soy sauce, brown sugar
- etc.
Directions:
Heat oil in pan, add butter if desired. Add veggies and cover, cooking until tender and adding seasoning as needed.
