Sauteed Veggies

Ingredients:

Olive Oil (or coconut oil)
Butter
Carrots (maybe steam first..)
Green beans
Broccoli
Zucchini
Asparagus 
(any veggie you want)

Seasoning Combos:

  • Thyme, rosemary, garlic, pepper
  • Dill, butter
  • Honey, fennel, basil, thyme
  • Brown sugar
  • Rosemary, thyme, soy sauce, brown sugar
  • soy sauce, brown sugar 
  • etc.


Directions:

Heat oil in pan, add butter if desired.  Add veggies and cover, cooking until tender and adding seasoning as needed.
