Roasted Baby Reds and/or Veggies

Ingredients:  

Baby reds cut into about quarters
Pepper
Rosemary 
Thyme
Garlic Powder 
Shredded cheese
Olive Oil
Carrots (optional)
Zucchini (optional)
Red Pepper (optional)
Bread Crumbs (optional)
etc.


Directions:

Stir up baby reds with oil and seasonings.  Bake in olive oil sprayed glass pan at 400 for 40 min. Sprinkle with cheese.
